Class of 2024 Graduation Information

Our grad breakfast assembly was held on April 30th to kick of graduation season. Below is all of the important information, deadlines and forms that pertain to graduation.

FORMS

CPA Awards Application - student must be logged into their GNSPES to access (Due May 6 at 4:30pm) 

CPA Application to Graduate Form - student must be logged into their GNSPES to access MUST BE COMPLETED BY ALL GRADUATES (Due May 10 at 4:30pm)

CPA Valedictorian Application - student must be logged into their GNSPES to access (Due May 10 at 4:30pm)

 

GRAD FEE PAYMENT OPTIONS (Due May 10)

Fees are $55 if attending graduation 

OR $10 if not attending 

Fees can be paid via cash or cheque in guidance to Ms. Lowe.

NOTE: Due to a glitch in the School Cash Online system, we will not be accepting grad fees using that method going forward (we have now shut down that option). 

Note that if you have already paid your grad fee online, we have recorded this and nothing further needs to be done.

 

PROM

Once again this year, the prom is being organized by a committee of parents and students, not the school. Any questions should be emailed to cpaprom2024@gmail.com.

The Prom occurs on May 18 at Halifax Marriott Harbourfront Hotel
Tickets will be $ 85.00 each.
You must be a Grade 12 Student to purchase a ticket.
You may invite a guest from a different school.
There is a maximum of 2 tickets per graduating student. This includes one for the grad and one for a friend.
Payment will be taken by e-transfer to cpaprom2024@gmail.com.
The security question for the e-transfer is:
What is the name of the school?
And the answer is:  CPA

****It is VERY important to include the students name and the guests’ name- if you are purchasing 2 tickets. This information can be entered in the message section of the E-Transfer.***
