Registration

To register during the 2021-2022 school year, we require the following information to be emailed to cpah@hrce.ca. Note that we are not able to complete a registration until the student is living in our school catchment area.

Registration for 2022-2023 school year will begin in February of 2022.

The following supporting documents must be presented with the completed and signed Registration Form (linked below).

Proof for Legal Name | Examples include:

  • Birth certificate
  • Passport
  • Immigration papers
  • Legal Name Change certificate
  • Adoption documents

Proof for Date of Birth | Examples include:

  • Adoption documents
  • Immigration papers
  • Birth certificate
  • Passport

Proof of Residency | Examples include:

  • Utility bill
  • Bill of Sale

Health Documents:

  • Nova Scotia Health Card Number (MSI) or if not eligible for MSI, proof of medical insurance

If the student is International/Immigration, the following documents will also be required:

  • Proof of Medical Insurance
  • Study or Work Permit
  • Immigration Papers

Once we receive all of the required information and review the documents, a guidance counsellor will be in touch to discuss course selection.
