Picture retakes are scheduled for October 4th.

All grade 12 immersion students taking French during SECOND SEMESTER, there is a brief meeting in room 333 today at lunch to sign-up for the DELF exam. 

There will be a brief meeting for all girls trying out for the girls’ hockey team at the beginning of lunch today in room 330.  Please see Mrs. McPherson if you are unable to make it.

LORAN SCHOLARSHIP - What is it?
The selection of a Loran Scholar is unique in its attention to a young person’s character. The Loran Foundation believes that integrity, courage, grit and personal autonomy are better indicators of overall potential than standard academic measures.
Criteria
• Be in your final year of uninterrupted full-time studies in high school.
• Present a minimum cumulative average of 85%.
• Hold Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status.
• Be at least 16 years of age by September 1st of the following year.
How to apply - Sponsored Applicants – If you want to be considered you must pick up an application form from Ms. Lowe in guidance ASAP.  Then you must submit applications to Ms. Lowe in guidance by the end of the day on Monday October 7th, 2019.
