School Closure During the Summer

Charles P. Allen High School is now closed for the summer months.

Transcript Requests
If you are emailing to request a transcript, please visit the Transcript Request link at  Note that transcripts ordered between June 30 and July 28 will be processed on July 29 only. Transcripts ordered between July 29 and August 28 will be processed on August 29 only. Transcripts can either be sent via email or Canada Post at this time. There is no option for pick-up.

If you are emailing regarding registration or out-of-area requests. Please visit Registrations and out-of-area requests will not be looked at until the end of August. You will hear back from someone then.

Course Change Requests
If you are emailing about a course change request for the 2024-2025 school year, we will have course change request forms available in your Google Classroom the first week of September for you to complete and submit.
