GIRLS INTERESTED IN BUSINESS – If you want the opportunity to witness a real “Dragon’s Den” apply to attend CDL at Dalhousie on December 6. Successful applicants will be notified and Ms. Joudrey will be attending the event with them. Girls will have the opportunity to sit in on real discussion between mentors (successful business people in Halifax) and the owners of technology and science start-up companies looking for guidance. In the afternoon all companies pitch their business to see if there are any mentors that are willing to work with them, if none of the mentors are willing to work with them they are cut from the program. Grads - The Memorial University of Newfoundland will be holding an information session from 10:45 to 12 on Monday in the library quiet room . If you would like to attend the session please put your name on the signup sheet in the guidance office.
